2. What this website collects
This site has no contact or registration forms. It does not request or store your name, email, phone number or any other identifying data, sets no cookies of its own, and stores nothing in your browser.
When you tap a WhatsApp or call button, the conversation takes place outside this site and you share only the data you choose to.
3. Embedded third-party services
To display content, the site loads third-party resources that may record your IP address and technical browsing data:
- YouTube (Google LLC), for the videos. We use privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no tracking cookies until you play a video.
- Google Maps (Google LLC), for the branch map.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC), for the typefaces.
How these companies process that data is governed by their own privacy policies, over which we have no control.
The Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok icons are links: they load no content from those networks and do not report your visit until you click.
4. Data we collect at the clinic
When you come in for a scan, we collect:
- Identification and contact: name, age, date of birth and phone number.
- Referring practitioner: name, phone and email of the requesting dentist.
- Sensitive personal data: the radiographic images, the requested study and the report findings are health data.
Under article 9 of Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, health data is sensitive personal data and its processing requires your express written consent. That consent is obtained at the clinic when the scan is taken, through the full privacy notice handed to you at reception.
5. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes, necessary to provide the service:
- Perform the imaging study requested.
- Produce, sign and deliver the radiology report.
- Send the study and report to the practitioner who requested it.
- Keep the record as required by applicable health regulations.
- Invoicing and tax compliance.
Secondary purposes, not necessary, which you may object to without affecting the service:
- Follow-up or check-up reminders.
- Information about the clinic's services.
To object to the secondary purposes, tell us at reception or write to [CORREO DE CONTACTO].
6. Transfers
Your data is transferred to the practitioner or clinic that requested the study, the natural recipient of the report. Beyond that, we do not transfer your data without your consent, except in the cases set out in article 37 of the Law, such as requests from a competent authority.
7. ARCO rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it when inaccurate, cancel it when you consider it is not needed for the stated purposes, and object to its processing for specific purposes.
To exercise them, send your request to [CORREO DE CONTACTO] or submit it at our address. It must include your name, a means of replying to you, proof of identity or legal representation, a clear description of the data concerned, and anything that helps locate it.
We will reply within a maximum of twenty working days.
8. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time through the same channel. Because of health and tax obligations, we may need to keep certain information for the periods set by law even if you request its cancellation.
9. Limiting use or disclosure
In addition to ARCO rights, you may ask to be added to our internal exclusion list to stop receiving promotional communications, by writing to [CORREO DE CONTACTO].
10. Changes to this notice
Any change will be published on this same page, with its update date.
11. Supervisory authority
If you believe your right to data protection has been infringed, you may contact Mexico's National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI).
